Job Description

• Have full responsibility to achieve assigned sales targets.

2. UX/UI Designer

Job Description

Responsibilities : 

• Prepare UX/UI design and materials including wireframing, mockup and rapid prototyping for various interfaces, including websites, mobile apps by using design software and technologies (e.g. Figma, Sketch and Photoshop etc)  Analyst current user journey to understand motivation, expose pain points, issues and improvement opportunities 
• Conduct user research, user testing, project evaluation and propose solutions to optimize customer experience
• Website & App layout maintenance
• Ability to collaborate effectively, work closely with various technology teams (Product, Development, QA, Ops, Innovation, etc.) and business stakeholders (Marketing, Business Development & Sales, etc.)
• You will be reporting to the Senior UI/UX Designer
• Communicate with clients

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design or related discipline
• At least 2+ years relevant experience as a UX/UI designer or similar roles
• Able to handle a Mac and the usual tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite) to depict the user experience in journey maps, flow diagrams, prototypes, responsive web design, data visualisation, UI mock-ups
• Creative, well-organised, independent, self-initiated and with strong sense of responsibility
•  Knowledge of digital products and user experience, including web and mobile UI is a plus.
• Good understanding of the limitations of web and mobile, with approaches/ideas to flex those boundaries.

3. Project Manager (Business Solutions)

Job Description

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Create and maintain project plans and schedules, and ensure the project requirements are defined and meet the project’s objectives
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Monitor project progress against plan
• Manage the relationship with the clients and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project management documentation
• Prepare discussion papers and meeting materials for boards and committees
• Organize workshops and coordinate promotional events
• Perform other duties or projects as assigned

Requirements

• University education with over 2 years of relevant experience
• Project management related certificate holder is preferred
• Experience in delivering IT project is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
• Problem-solving skills for maintaining project timelines and developing alternative scenarios
• Ability to deal with both business users and technical personnel
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
